Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi, Airport Highway

Everything was great. My flight was very early in the morning so I couldn¿t have my breakfast but they packed up a breakfast for me which was great. Thanks

Service, location

The staffs were very helpful. Facilities were good. Food was great. The location was good too. Nearer to the Airport and shopping malls.

we were looking for a good genuine hotel to crash in for a very early morning flight close to terminal three. Most hotels located close to the airport although had great scores on booking.com, were either not found on ground/ had very poor reviews on other sites.Four seasons is the only decent hotel around the airport.

It is better to book Uber/Ola as the taxi offered by the hotel is exorbitant. We got an Uber within 5 minutes at 3 am at a very nominal price of 200 Rs

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good.

Location is a bit far from any other shops or restaurants

Proximity to airport

Interior condition is reasonable good but exterior walls need upgrading. Deep cracks can be seen clearly

Facilities are goodBreakfast is good

Had a problem with the wifi.Very weak.

Staff were great, big TV, gym, cleanliness

The bed mattress was too hard, and the property seems quite old

Location was great - close to the airport

Reception staff were overwhelmed by wedding guests checking in at the facility, therefore check in was a bit chaotic, took time, and the front desk was crowded. Plug point in the room blew as soon as the kettle was turned out. Not a great feeling of safety.

Very good breakfast, every thing you could want and fresh.excellent service from staff

The room was a little cold on entry as no heating, but it is winter

- Great location. - Good restaurant. - Very spacious and well appointed rooms. - Great staff.

- Old property and it shows in the carpet, paint etc.

Good location and staff were helpful.

Hotel is a bit dated, and a bit expensive.

Clean spacious room. What we needed for an early flight out.

The staff were constantly after tips for even the smallest requests. A little overbearing and off putting.

Lovely property with wonderful staff. Nice pool and gardens, spotlessly clean. Ideal for travelling to the airport.

The cost of staying is expensive for India but I guess you are paying for the proximity to the airport.

Room was great! The view was beautiful. The breakfast options were great! Really enjoyed the stay

Just a small suggestion - Swimming pool maintenance could be a little better. There were bugs and birds dipping into the pool

Our stay was incredibly great and we enjoyed every second. All the staff are really very, very nice and professional. Everyone here deserves a lot of praise, I would love to name everyone personally - but that's not possible, but I would like to particularly mention Mr. Manjeet from the pool and Ms. Siya from the restaurant as well as Ms. Surbhi from reception, who looked after us so attentively and kindly. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and has a great outdoor area with a beautiful pool, the rooms are great and everything is so beautiful. The food is so varied and fantastic, incredibly delicious. It is a pleasure to be here, thank you very much for that. Namaste ?

We found the hotel to be ideally situated as we were between flights. The dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The cherry on the top, though, was the outstanding service rendered by all staff. Neeta and Vaibhav, in particular, went beyond the call of duty to ensure that our stay was comfortable.

The staff makes the difference in this hotel.Huge green space with lawns and walk ways around the property.

The place was probably partially reserved for an onam festival. Although the party guests were very well behaved, it definitely comporomises on the privacy and access to space by the other guests who are not part of the festival party. They should be compensated somehow.. probably by a discount or a voucher for lunch/dinner?

The breakfast was very good and the chef was personally taking care of the items we ordered for was delivered to us promptly. Complete range of dishes was spread out in the buffet.

The cab could not find the location on google map and had to ask for directions from locals

This is my fourth visit to this lovely hotel. Did not disappoint at all. Amazing breakfast buffet, rooms are lovely, clean and well equipped. Pool so nice. Really quiet and helpful very nice staff many thanks.
